The Gorham Middle School’s (GMS) Civil Rights team has participated in The Yellow Tulip Project for several years.  The mission of the project is to “smash the stigma around mental illness and to build a community of people who realize that hope happens when youth and community leaders work together.”  GMS has a yellow tulip garden outside by a bench for people to enjoy but since everyone is following social distancing, GMS thought it would be nice to have a traveling garden this year to share with the community.  You can find the garden currently at Hops and Vines in Gorham.
