Portland Fine Craft Show Returns to Free Street

PORTLAND, ME (August 11, 2023) — Proudly presented by Shop Maine Craft, the Portland Fine Craft Show returns for its eighth annual event; a festive, single day, outdoor, juried fine craft show in downtown Portland, Maine on Saturday, August 26th from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The show is located in the heart of Portland’s arts district in the large parking area at 120 Free Street, next to the Portland Museum of Art.

The beloved show features over 100 juried artists from all over Maine and the greater Northeast area exhibiting in basketry, ceramics, decorative and wearable fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper, printmaking, stone, and wood as well as several outreach booths from Maine arts organizations and sponsors. The show remains one of the only Maine craft shows open to New England artists beyond Maine and is renowned for its exceptional quality and high attendance.

A highly anticipated event for both local craft enthusiasts and visitors to Maine, attendees will find a mix of both their favorite and familiar with newly juried makers. Join us to celebrate these artists and shop handcrafted items to live with, wear, and cherish.
