Great Falls Balloon Festival offers individual sponsorships

This year, the communities of Lewiston and Auburn will celebrate the 20th Annual Great Falls Balloon Festival. For the first time in the history of the festival, individual donors can become sponsors as a “Fan of the Festival.”

As a “thank you” for their support, Fan of the Festival sponsors will receive exclusive merchandise. This merchandise is only available to sponsors and will not be sold at the festival.

For a donation of $20, sponsors will receive a T-shirt with the Fan of the Festival logo on the front and the theme logo from each of the 20 annual festivals on the back.

A $50 donation gets a Fan of the Festival T-shirt and pin. A top-level donation of $100 dollars earns a Fan of the Festival T-shirt, pin and hat.

All Fan of the Festival sponsors will be featured on the festival website and other advertising material. Sponsors will also be invited to be included in a Fans-only photo to be taken during festival weekend.

For more information, or to become a Fan of the Festival, visit or email Supporters can also make their donation in person at the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce, Key Bank Plaza, 415 Lisbon St., Lewiston, ME.

The Chamber is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Fridays 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Loan Mods should be done by a real estate broker period. It is quite simple in California the upfront money goes into a trust. After services are rendered then they get paid. 25% for consultation, 75% when loan mod is complete. I believe it should be 25% initial consultation, 25 loan preparation 50% when loan is complete. I am sorry people an attorney doing a loan mod is an attorney who can’t find any other work. We are the people who talk to the banks. We are the people who are going to get them a short-sale if the loan mod gets rejected. If you want a loan mod use a reliable broker. P.S Reginaldo if you can’t afford your neg am you can’t afford a loan mod, if an attorney says you can well you just lost your retainer fee. Benny
