What a great way to celebrate Shark Week!  Join us on the lawn as Shark book author Mary Cerullo shares info from her latest book!   “Sharks are often depicted as scary people-eaters, but these skilled predators are essential to sustaining the health of the world’s oceans. What if the services that sharks provide to the ocean ecosystem looked like the jobs that humans do on land? A visit to an aquarium helps a young girl imagine the important jobs that sharks do in the ocean. Recognizing some of the things we have in common may make people want to work to protect sharks from their top predators: us! We’ll share the story behind the story of Sharks at Your Service and plenty of time to ask your most pressing shark questions. If you think that all sharks are scary, Sharks at Your Service, Mary Cerullo’s latest books on Sharks (#8!) will show you sharks in ways you never imagined. You will say, “Good work, sharks!””  All ages
