GORHAM, ME (November 23, 2022) — The Gorham Police Department and Windham Police Department have come together to hire a new joint Community Resource Liaison for the agencies to share. Please join us in welcoming, Haley Berry!

Haley’s first day with the Gorham Police Department was Thursday, November 17th. She will be splitting her time between both communities. Her hours of work will be fluid, but she will primarily be working Tuesday through Friday 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Haley will be utilized as a resource for our agency to assist individuals that we have contact with that are struggling with mental health or substance-use issues. She will primarily be utilized as a follow-up resource, not as an initial response to a critical incident. Haley began ride time with Gorham Officers last week to get to know the agency and the community. For assistance with any questions, folks can contact the Gorham Public Safety Office at 222-4998.
